I was a stay home mom for 18 years. Now that my kids are grown, I decided to work. I personally have been insured with State Farm for over 10 years. When my agent and friend offered me the opportunity to join State Farm, I jumped on it. I have been working here for 5 years now! There have been many new changes in my life (including a 4-year-old), but I am still here. I love working and helping people save money or simply just have better insurance overall. I am here to help!

When I’m not helping you and your family get your insurance squared away, I’m likely on a golf course, on a film set, or in the woods deer hunting. God has blessed me with a great job, and a great team. I’m looking forward to establishing a relationship with you and serving you.

My name is Cristen Hill and I am from Chicago, and I now live in TN. I am a licensed producer in TN, TX, NV, AZ, UT. I love selling new business and making sure people know exactly what they are getting. It is my passion to make sure all customers are taken care of.

I am a Team Representative in the office of Jacqui Lugar State Farm Agent. My passion is helping others and that is why I decided to pursue my career as a licensed insurance Team Member. My main focus is to fit the individual needs of others, with an emphasis on long-term relationship building, as well as excellent customer service. I am here to help policyholders understand their policies, provide information on what to do for filing claims. Born in California but have called fabulous Las Vegas home for 16 years. Fluent in Spanish and English. Graduated from Las Vegas High School played in the varsity soccer team and also played club soccer for many years, which gave me an opportunity to travel to many parts of the USA meeting great people along the way. I love the outdoors, traveling, working out, and playing soccer as a hobby but most of all I love spending time with my family and dogs.

I was born and raised in Las Vegas and come from a casino industry background. The pandemic gave me a chance to reevaluate my career path, after dipping my feet in the insurance world, I came to realize my years of experience in the hospitality industry couple with a passion for helping people were the perfect pairing to help me realize this is the career for me and I take pride in exceeding expectations! After a couple months at a call center I was able to obtain my producer’s license and now I write P&C policies for Jacqui's office. I’m looking forward to meeting and helping all of our customers, old and new!

I have been a major asset to the State Farm family for over 12 years! As a Virginia native I started as a receptionist and quickly was promoted to Supervisor for State Farm's veteran; Dawn Mathews' Agency. There, I served over 9 years and was recently selected to participate in the State Farm Aspirant Program, to become an independent contractor agent. While Supervisor under Dawn Mathews study, I created great relationships with new and existing customers, trained new employees, remained knowledgeable of coverage changes and requirements, as well as developed and executed new ways to market State Farm as an elite brand.

While State Farm may seem like my main passion, I am a very active mother of 4 and has earned the top "Nona" (grandma) award 5 years in a row.

My family and I have had insurance with State Farm for over 20 years and I can’t imagine being insured anywhere else. After graduating, I thought I would give the world of insurance a try and quickly fell in love. Knowing that I am helping people prepare for the worst and understand their coverages brings me a satisfaction that I could never obtain anywhere else. I am property/casualty licensed in SD and ND. After moving from my local office to Jacqui's office, I also retain licenses in UT, NV, AZ, and TX. When I am not working, I enjoy camping and traveling, but nothing beats cuddling with my cat and reading a book.
